Boxercise®
Boxercise® is a full body workout, learning boxing techniques for fitness benefits. It will help to improve balance, core stability, co-ordination and agility, and is also a great way to lose some body fat! It involves a combination of pad and glove work.

Circuits
This class is aimed at all abilities, using the gym equipment combined with a variety of fun exercises. The session will be targeting all muscle groups, with the aim of increasing cardiovascular fitness, abdominals, muscle tone plus flexibility.

Core & Stretch
A 45 minute mat based session, working on your core stability, combined with a good stretch.

Functional Circuits
A circuit-based class using functional movements to help strengthen your entire body, work your core and increase your cardiovascular capacity while burning those calories. Suitable for all abilities.

HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training - A 30 minute workout where you give it your all. You will do a series of exercises to the best of your ability, with short rest periods. This type of training will keep your heart racing, thus you will burn fat in a quicker time.

Mature Movers
Aimed at the more mature (ages 60+) gym user, this session comprises of functional exercises combining gym equipment, and circuits of varied stations to increase mobility, strength and confidence.

YMCA FIT Supple Strength
This is a nationally recognised YMCA own class brought to Bridgwater by Hugh.
YMCA fit Supple Strength is primarily a stretching class that incorporates elements of Yoga and Pilates into a mindful routine. Mindful means you taking the time to think about what you are doing as you exercise. This class has proven highly popular across the country at many centres not just YMCAs.
